Standard Template Labs (STLabs) builds an AI-first service management platform that resolves requests and incidents through intelligent automation rather than merely tracking them. Its technical work spans AI/ML, context-aware AI, real-time organizational modeling, data integration and syncing, and deterministic AI code generation. The company's engineering approach emphasises transparency: generated code is intended to be readable, versionable and approvable, with no black-box behaviour.

At the core of the platform is Axiom™, a real-time model of the entire organisation that maintains live relationships between people, services, devices and changes. Two further modules sit on top of it: Self-Service, for instant employee resolution of requests and incidents, and Operator Intelligence, which scales operations by clustering tickets by root cause.
