Sainapse
Sainapse builds an AI platform that reads tickets, orders and documents and completes customer-operations work autonomously inside existing enterprise systems.
Sainapse, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is an AI product company building what it describes as the intelligence layer for customer operations: software that turns customer signals into completed work across a firm's existing enterprise systems. The technical stack spans artificial intelligence, autonomous AI agents, natural language understanding, document intelligence, workflow automation and enterprise systems integration. Rather than replacing incumbent infrastructure, the platform plugs into systems such as Freshdesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP and Oracle.
The company ships a single engine carrying three workflows. The Customer Support workflow reads tickets and completes support work in existing systems. Document Intelligence reads and acts on documents across the customer lifecycle. Account Intelligence handles account-related work, including order processing. In each case the underlying system reads tickets, orders and documents, decides what to do, and executes the work directly. Autonomy is constrained: agents act on their own only where customers have explicitly authorised it, and every action is designed to be governed, auditable and reversible.
Reported production results include more than 880,000 tickets processed, 93% accuracy over 12 months at Freshworks, and 95% of over 110,000 weekly orders automated at Avery Dennison. Named enterprise customers comprise Freshworks, Ford, Avery Dennison, Glenmark and Mindsprint, spanning software, automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. The company positions its product against chatbots that answer questions without completing the underlying work.
