Pathwork is an AI platform built for the distribution side of life and health insurance, covering the process by which policies are sold, placed and retained. Founded in 2024, the company applies artificial intelligence to insurance workflows that remain heavily paper-based, serving both brokers and carriers across intake through decision. Its technical work spans generative AI, predictive modeling, structured data and integration, natural-language question answering, and document processing and automation.

The product line comprises three components. Knowledge Assistant gives brokers on-demand answers to technical questions. Case Underwriter converts paperwork into carrier-ready submissions. PreQual Manager allows carriers to triage pre-underwriting inquiries immediately.

More than 80 brokerages and national carriers use the platform, with multiple active pilots among top-10 insurance companies. Growth has exceeded 150% quarter over quarter since launch. The company has raised $3.75m.
