Xaira Therapeutics is an integrated biotechnology company founded in 2023 that applies artificial intelligence across the drug discovery process. Its work spans three areas: predicting which biology to target, designing therapeutics to modulate those targets, and identifying the patients most likely to benefit. The company's technical domains include artificial intelligence, protein design, computational biology, therapeutic product development and data generation.

The company was co-founded and incubated by ARCH Venture Partners and Foresite Labs, and its scientific foundations rest on the protein design work of Nobel Laureate Dr. David Baker and his team at the University of Washington's Institute for Protein Design. Xaira emerged from stealth mode in 2024. It has raised more than $1 billion in total funding.

Xaira operates from three offices, in South San Francisco, Seattle and London. The company states a long-term aim of shifting drug discovery from an empirical science towards a precise engineering discipline.
