REDICA Systems builds the Quality and Regulatory Intelligence (QRI) platform, an "Intelligence Cloud" that applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to global regulatory, inspection and supplier data. The system is designed to convert that corpus into proactive compliance and quality intelligence for life sciences quality and regulatory teams, a shift the company describes as moving professionals "from information hunting to taking action on what matters most". Technical work spans regulatory data intelligence, inspection data analytics and supplier risk analytics, with an emphasis on explainable AI, dynamic risk scoring and red-flag alerts rather than opaque model outputs.

The platform comprises four products. Regulatory Intelligence monitors global regulatory change; Inspection Intelligence pairs inspection-readiness tooling with AI Copilots intended to shorten preparation time; Site Intelligence covers 360-degree supplier risk management; and the wider QRI platform unifies regulatory intelligence, inspection data and supplier insights to help teams reduce deviations that lead to costly findings. The company was founded in 2010 and previously operated under the name Govzilla.

REDICA Systems reports more than 200 customers across the pharmaceutical, biopharma, medtech, medical device, food and cosmetics sectors. Named clients include Merck, Amgen, Genentech, AstraZeneca, AbbVie, Philips and Baxter. Its regulatory intelligence coverage is global.
