Breezeway

Breezeway, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Boston, builds property operations and services software for short-term rentals and hospitality. Its platform coordinates, communicates, and verifies detailed work at properties, and the company reports facilitating over 30m cleans, inspections, and repairs across more than 270,000 properties in 90 countries.

The technical work spans several discrete domains: task scheduling and work coordination, mobile checklists, maintenance management, inventory tracking, integrated payments processing and smart lock management. Together these form the Breezeway Platform, which is used by thousands of vacation rental managers and hospitality operators worldwide to schedule and verify property work and to reduce manual operational effort.

Breezeway raised $15m in a Series B round. Its technology has been recognised with multiple Shortyz Awards, and the company maintains partnerships with industry leaders such as Airbnb. Its stated focus is on modernising property operations and hospitality management while improving guest experiences.
