Alliance

Alliance is an accelerator and founder community for early-stage startups in crypto, artificial intelligence and blockchain. Founded in 2020, it describes itself as the world's most selective accelerator for these fields, providing funding, mentorship and an ongoing peer network to the founders it admits. The organisation is headquartered in New York City, in SoHo, and runs a remote component as part of its programme.

Its core offering is a 10-week accelerator: two weeks of in-person onboarding in New York followed by eight weeks of remote mentorship and lectures, finishing with a Demo Day at which founders pitch to leading venture-capital firms. Accepted startups receive $500,000 in funding immediately upon admission. Alongside the programme, the Alliance Founder Community offers 700+ crypto and AI founders backing for the life of their company, including continued funding and mentorship.

More than 300 startups have been accelerated since inception, and Alliance alumni have a combined valuation exceeding $14 billion. Alliance startups raise a median of $3.5m after the programme, at a median post-money valuation of $25m. Alumni include Synthetix, Pendle, 0x, Manta Network and Rain.

Selection is deliberately rigorous: the organisation states that it values unique insight, perseverance and integrity over elite credentials or warm introductions to venture capitalists, and positions its alumni network as exclusive and community-driven.
