Xplor

Xplor is a software company that builds an all-in-one childcare management platform for early childhood education services in Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 2015, it serves more than 9,000 services and describes itself as the largest childcare management software provider in the region. Its technical work spans SaaS platform development, payment processing technology, waitlist and enrolment management systems, and family-educator communication tools.

The product suite is organised around the different users of a childcare service. Xplor Office handles administration, Xplor Playground is built for educators, and Xplor Home is the family-facing module covering communication from enrolment through to payment. Two further products address adjacent stages: MyWaitlist for pre-enrolment and waitlist management, and Xplor Pay for processing payments inside the platform.

The portfolio also includes QikKids and Discover, both acquired childcare management products. The stated purpose of the software is to reduce the administrative burden on childcare providers so that educators can concentrate on the children, and to simplify rather than complicate operations in a sector the company regards as underserved.
