TripSuite

TripSuite builds an all-in-one software platform for travel agencies and host agencies, replacing legacy CRM, commission tracking, and accounting systems with a single integrated stack. The platform combines customer relationship management, commission tracking, accounting, itineraries, analytics and workflow automation, the last supported by AI-assisted automation. Integrations include QuickBooks and connections to widely used itinerary software.

The company's stated objective is to remove manual processes from agency operations; it says the platform helps agencies save more than 20 hours per week. Technical work spans CRM and accounting software, commission-flow automation, analytics and data integrations across the travel industry.

TripSuite raised $5m in a seed round led by F-Prime Capital. It was co-founded by Jacey Jones, previously head of Business Operations and Strategy at Tile and, before that, an equity investor at Goldman Sachs for three years. The company's stated mission is to modernise host agencies through technology, enabling travel entrepreneurs to automate commission flows and collect more revenue.
