Sable

Sable builds Aidan, an AI employee using real-time computer use, vision and voice to lead customer interactions, backed by a self-improving context graph.

Sable is a small team of AI researchers and engineers building Aidan, described as an AI employee that leads customer interactions at scale. The system combines real-time computer use, computer vision and voice: it can see what is on screen, converse naturally, and navigate software interfaces directly. The stated aim is to deliver personalised service of a kind previously available only from human staff.

Underpinning Aidan is The Brain, a self-improving context graph that absorbs learnings from each customer interaction. The surrounding AI Employee Platform is designed for deployment without integrations; it ingests sales call recordings, expert interviews and marketing material to build its engagement model. Technical domains at the firm include conversational AI, natural language processing, computer vision, voice AI and self-improving machine learning.

The company has raised $45 million in funding. Named customers include Notion and Decagon, along with large public enterprises. Its stated mission is to close the gap between frontier AI capabilities and the way businesses actually reach customers.

The team includes former quants, International Olympiad medalists and customer-obsessed engineers. Sable operates in customer engagement, sales and enterprise software.
