Founded in 2013, the company simplifies appointment booking, reminders and client communication for veterinary practices. Its technical work spans AI-powered clinical documentation, PIMS integration, mobile app development, payment processing and communication automation. Among its products is AI-Powered SOAP Notes, an automated clinical documentation tool built for veterinary workflows, alongside a PIMS-integrated phone system and a Pet Parent Mobile App.

The product suite also includes Reminders and Texting, Online Booking, Client Loyalty Programs, Payment Processing and Custom Marketing Solutions for veterinary practices. The software is used by more than 12,000 veterinary clinics, connecting over 18.5m pets annually and facilitating more than 44m appointments a year. Reported outcomes include 25-30 hours saved per clinic team each week and 25% practice revenue growth.
