Juicebox builds an AI recruiting platform that pairs human judgment with large language models to help teams source and engage candidates and cut manual recruiting work. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Los Angeles, the company employs around 50 people and operates at the intersection of AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, and talent acquisition software.

Its flagship product, PeopleGPT, is an AI-powered candidate search engine covering more than 800m profiles drawn from over 30 data sources. The platform also includes candidate relationship management (CRM) features and AI agents that automate repetitive sourcing tasks. The work spans LLM-based retrieval and search, agentic automation, and applied machine learning in a production SaaS setting.

The company serves more than 4,000 companies, including Ramp, Notion, Perplexity, Cursor and several leading AI labs, and reports monthly growth above 20% on a path to $100m in annual recurring revenue. It has raised over $116m in total, most recently an $80m Series B at an $850m valuation, with backing from Sequoia Capital, DST Global, Y Combinator, Coatue, Bond and Lux Capital.
