Euna Solutions develops cloud-based SaaS for public sector and government organizations, covering the full lifecycle of public funds: procurement, budgeting, payments and grants management. The company designs, builds, delivers and supports its own software, retaining end-to-end ownership of the stack rather than reselling third-party products.

The product line comprises Euna Budget, a budget management solution; Euna Grants, covering the grants lifecycle; Euna Payments, for payment and revenue management; Euna Procurement, for public sector agencies; and Euna Supplier Network, a platform for public sector bidding. Technical work spans financial management software, procurement and budgeting systems, grants management, payments and revenue technology, and supplier-network and e-bidding infrastructure.

The company was formed in 2018 when five established public sector technology businesses came together. It reports serving more than 3,600 organizations across North America, spanning government, healthcare, utilities, nonprofits, educational institutions and tribal nations. Headquartered in Sandy Springs, Georgia, it also maintains an office in Toronto, Canada.

Euna Solutions states a mission of building trust and enabling transparency in communities, on the view that technology should strengthen rather than complicate the relationship between public sector organizations and the people they serve.
