ePayPolicy, founded in 2014 and based in Austin, Texas, builds payment infrastructure for the insurance industry. Its technical work spans payment processing, ACH and credit card processing, API integrations, AMS integrations, PCI compliance and check digitization. The company's core product is a digital payment platform that consolidates these capabilities behind a single dashboard and carries PCI Level 1 security compliance.

The platform is complemented by a set of specialised tools: Finance Connect, a premium financing integration; CheckMate, for digitising paper checks; and Network Payables, for streamlining vendor payments. The products are designed to replace check-based systems within insurance organisations and to connect with existing agency management systems.
