Destro AI builds a shared intelligence layer and coordination platform intended to function as the "operating brain of the warehouse". Its software connects robots, people, and enterprise systems into a single operational system for autonomous warehouse and factory operations, covering warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and third-party logistics.

The company's product, MothershipOS, is an agentic AI engine that coordinates every robot and human on the warehouse floor in real time, optimising entire workflows rather than individual tasks. The platform is robot-agnostic: it links autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic arms, forklifts and human workers across vendors into one system, with control down to the level of individual actuators. Technical work spans agentic AI, multi-robot coordination and orchestration, real-time workflow optimisation, actuator-level control, human-robot collaboration and enterprise systems integration. Destro AI builds coordination software rather than robotic hardware.

The company is already deploying production systems with large enterprise operators, including Yusen Logistics, and has closed a seed round at one of the highest valuations for a robotics company at that stage. It was founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity and Matic, and its investors have previously funded Brex, Figma, Notion and Instacart.
