Daisy
Daisy, founded in 2020, builds a unified operating system for condo and co-op management - covering operations, finances, resident life, predictive maintenance and board governance.
Daisy is a technology company that operates in condominium and co-operative property management. Founded in 2020 by Yotam Cohen and Nir Hemed, it combines a full-service management business with in-house software, applying predictive maintenance systems, real-time financial systems and automation to the day-to-day running of residential buildings.
At the centre of the company's technical work is the Daisy Unified Operating System, a platform that replaces siloed teams and outdated systems by connecting daily operations, finances, resident life and advisory services in one place. Around it sit purpose-built applications for board members, onsite teams, vendors and residents. The Daisy Dashboard gives board members governance tools, real-time financial visibility and automation of routine tasks; predictive maintenance systems underpin the building operations themselves.
The engineering domains involved span platform development, governance software, real-time data and the automation of routine operations. Daisy currently serves over 200 buildings across New York City and New Jersey. The company describes its mission as improving how buildings run in order to improve how people live in their homes, with an emphasis on technology, transparency and care.
