Axle Mobility is an AI-powered fleet maintenance technology company founded in September 2022 by Maryam Khan Meurer and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. It builds AI-native software for the back office of commercial vehicle operations, aimed at technicians, service leaders, drivers, operators, fleet managers and executives in trucking, independent repair shops, mid-market fleets and electric vehicles.

Its technical work spans natural language processing, automotive and fleet maintenance informatics, predictive maintenance analytics and warranty claims automation. A core problem is turning unstructured technician input into structured records: the company's Axle Fleet Maintenance Operating System converts voice notes and technician input into coded repair orders with VMRS coding, concern classification, probable cause identification and recommended corrections.
