UA Talents

UA Talents runs Jobs for Humanity, a global inclusive job board connecting underrepresented candidates with diversity-committed employers, alongside targeted job sites, DE&I training and job seeker support.

UA Talents runs Jobs for Humanity, a global inclusive job board and movement founded in 2020. The platform connects historically underrepresented candidates with employers committed to diversity and inclusion, and combines job matching with training and support services. It reports more than 3,000 live jobs and upwards of 1m candidates across a global user base.

The platform serves refugees, blind and low vision candidates, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ professionals, returning citizens, single parents and veterans. Alongside the main job board, it operates dedicated sites for specific groups: Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind, Jobs for the Neurodivergent and Rainbow Jobs.

Services extend beyond listings on both sides of the market. Employers can take diversity, equity and inclusion training designed to build inclusive hiring practices, while job seekers can access professional coaching, resume support and interview preparation. The company works with employers including Booking and Macmillan Learning, and operates across recruiting and staffing, human resources, workforce development, and training and education.
