The company's technical work spans two-sided marketplace engineering, workforce and staffing technology, and automation of revenue cycle management, combining model-driven systems with deep dental domain expertise. Its founding team, Nate Anderson and Christian Wicks, are former Uber executives who launched and scaled product lines globally before turning to healthcare; both grew up in dental families.

The initial product is a dental staffing marketplace connecting dental offices with dental hygienists to address daily staffing needs. It now serves dental teams in all 50 US states. That marketplace is being extended into a broader operating system for modern dental practices, which automates workflows from staffing through revenue cycle management.
