Sia is a management consulting group founded in 1999 in France that describes itself as "born digital", advising organisations on technological change through strategy, data science, artificial intelligence and experience design. The firm employs 3,000 consultants across 48 offices in 19 countries and serves around 1,000 clients, drawn largely from blue-chip enterprises and big tech.

Its technical work is organised under several named offerings. Heka covers AI solutions, while SiaXperience handles experience design and Sia/LBG specialises in life sciences consulting.
