Rialto Capital is a fully integrated real estate investment management and asset management platform, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Miami, Florida. It invests and manages assets throughout the real estate capital structure - including commercial real estate properties, loans, and securities across public and private markets - on behalf of a global investor base that includes large institutions, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, foundations and high-net-worth individuals. Since 2009 its flagship funds have raised almost $8 billion, and the firm has invested billions of dollars of equity in real estate assets since its formation.

The platform combines three activities: an investment management business, an asset management function oriented towards long-term value creation and results sustained across market cycles, and a dedicated rated commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) special servicer. The special servicing business manages a portfolio of distressed and special-serviced CMBS with more than $90 billion in remaining pool balance. This integration of investing, asset management and special servicing is the structural feature that distinguishes the firm within commercial real estate and structured finance.

Rialto operates 13 offices across the United States and Europe, with locations including New York City and Santa Monica alongside its Miami headquarters. Its work spans real estate, commercial real estate, CMBS and structured finance, investment management and special servicing.
