The company's flagship product, the Home Equity Investment (HEI), provides homeowners with a lump-sum cash payment in exchange for a share of their home's future appreciation, with no monthly payments, no income requirements and flexible credit criteria. A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) offers a further financing option with low rates and flexible repayment. To date, Point has unlocked more than $2 billion in home equity investments for over 20,000 homeowners.

The firm employs more than 300 people and has raised over $175 million in equity funding from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, WestCap, Ribbit Capital and Prudential. It holds an A+ rating from the BBB and a 4.7-star rating on Trustpilot.
