Perchwell, founded in 2015, builds a data and workflow platform for residential real estate. The company's technical work spans data platform engineering, real-time market analytics, AI-powered features, search technology and mobile application development, all running on modern cloud architecture. Its platform consolidates fragmented residential real estate data sources into a single system used by agents, brokerages and Multiple Listing Services.

The Perchwell Platform is built on a purpose-built data engine designed to replace legacy systems, with a mobile-first web and mobile application layer on top. Product modules include listing management, real-time market analytics and market research tools, client collaboration features and branded presentations. Thousands of agents use the web and mobile apps daily.

In 2020 Perchwell was selected to operate New York City's Residential Listing Service, making its platform the foundational data layer for the city's residential industry. Brokerages including CORE, Coldwell Banker, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Stribling & Associates use the platform daily, and the company partners with some of the country's top MLSs. Perchwell is backed by venture capital firms including Lux Capital and Founders Fund, and is expanding across the United States from its base in New York City.
