MCCi is a technology services and software provider that works with government agencies and other organisations to automate manual, repetitive processes. Its technical work spans enterprise content management, intelligent document processing, robotic process automation, case management, intelligent automation, public records request management, web development and community development tools. The company combines software with expert support, including an "experts on call" model for clients.

The firm develops two products of its own. JustFOIA is an end-to-end platform for managing public records requests, and GovBuilt covers government websites and community development tools. Alongside these, MCCi is the world's largest Laserfiche Solution Provider and describes its approach as centred on best-in-class software and technology partnerships.
