Intapp
Intapp makes cloud and applied-AI software for professional and financial services firms, covering deal management, risk, compliance, intake and time.
Intapp builds industry-specific cloud software for professional and financial services firms, founded in 2000 and listed on NASDAQ. The company employs 1,001-5,000 people and maintains offices in Palo Alto, London, Sydney, New York and Belfast, serving customers globally. Its platform is used by more than 2,750 firms, among them over 100 of the Am Law 100.
The technical work spans cloud software, applied AI, industry-specific data architecture and Microsoft 365 integration. Engineering is directed at two broad problems: relationship management and risk and compliance. Applied AI appears in Intapp Assist, an AI-powered assistant, and relationship intelligence is drawn from knowledge, relationships and operational data held across the platform.
The product line includes DealCloud, a deal and relationship management solution; Conflicts, for conflicts clearance; Terms, for contract and term management; Intake, for business intake; Time, for time tracking; and Collaboration, which integrates with Microsoft 365. These cover the front and middle office of a professional or financial services firm, from business intake through to time capture and billing.
The software is sold into accounting, consulting, investment banking, legal, private capital and corporate counsel, as well as the wider professional and financial services sectors.
