Hubs

Hubs is a San Francisco-based company founded in 2023 that is building an Organizational AI Platform: an intelligence layer that allows professionals to create AI-powered tools without specialised technical expertise. The platform is designed so that individual solutions integrate across an organisation and become more valuable as teams build upon them. It is currently invite-only, with early access available.

At the centre of the product is a visual canvas in which basic building blocks, called tiles, are composed into dataflow mosaics that generate real-time insight. The composition supports agentic automation and autonomy, drawing on work in autonomous AI, reactive dataflows and no-code AI tooling. The technical scope spans agentic automation, AI automation, real-time insight generation and novel user interfaces for dataflow composition.

The company targets general professional and knowledge work, and describes its mission as applying AI to busy work in order to free people for high-value thinking, relationship building and decision-making - building for professionals moving from pre-AI to AI-first work. Hubs is a small team, led by multi-exit Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a record of creating products that shape how people work.
