Creative Testing Solutions

Creative Testing Solutions (CTS) is a nonprofit blood and plasma donor testing laboratory organisation and one of the largest of its kind in the world. It provides laboratory testing services to healthcare partners, with a focus on safeguarding the blood supply and supporting transfusion medicine and plasma collection. The organisation employs more than 900 people and is owned by three major blood centre organisations: the American Red Cross, OneBlood and Vitalant.

CTS operates laboratories in Phoenix, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; Tampa, Florida; and St. Louis, Missouri, with headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. Its work spans blood and plasma donor testing, clinical laboratory testing, laboratory quality control, regulatory compliance and blood supply safety testing.

Technical staff work within rigorous quality control programmes and strict regulatory standards, with an emphasis on delivering timely and accurate test results. The stated priorities of the organisation are protecting donors, patients and employees, and operating a collaborative, team-based environment in support of healthcare partners' missions.
