C the Signs

C the Signs is an AI clinical platform used within the NHS to help GPs identify patients at risk of over 100 cancer types using validated patient data in under 60 seconds.

C the Signs has developed an AI-powered clinical platform designed to support clinicians in identifying patients at risk of cancer. The system is integrated into primary care settings within the UK's National Health Service (NHS), where it analyses more than 1,000 validated data points to assess risk across over 100 cancer types in under 60 seconds. The platform has reported 99% sensitivity in real-world clinical use.

Founded by NHS doctors, the company built its technology from within the health service with the aim of standardising early cancer detection. Its stated mission centres on making early detection equitable, carrying forward NHS values of access and care. The platform is currently deployed across more than 1,500 GP practices, used by over 10,000 healthcare professionals, and has helped identify over 70,000 patients with cancer at an early stage.

The company's technical work spans AI and machine learning, clinical decision support, and medical data analysis. Its geographic presence is concentrated in the United Kingdom, operating within the NHS ecosystem across the healthcare and primary care sectors.
